材料: 7寸烤盘
(A) 6 粒鸡蛋(gred A),150克细砂糖,10克emulsifier
(B) 250克优质奶油,150克奶油芝士,70克炼奶
(C)150克特幼面粉,1茶匙香草粉(过筛)
(D)黑葡萄干适量
做法:
(1) 将B打发,备用。
(2)另一个盆把材料(A)搅打至浓稠,分次加入(1),打匀。
(3)分次加入(C),搅打均匀。
(4) 预热烤箱170度-15分钟
烤盘抹奶油,铺上蛋糕纸。
(5)每层两汤匙,适量洒些黑葡萄干,
用上火烤大约5-7分钟至金黄色。
(进烤箱前,要先将面糊敲几下,减少气泡)
